Security
We use SSL (Secure Socket Layer technology) to collect your order and credit card details. When you place your order, a padlock will appear on the bottom of the screen and the web address will show https:// at the beginning.

Encryption occurs on your PC and is only decrypted once your order has reached our mail server. At no stage is the transaction decrypted whilst it travels over the internet. In addition, orders (including credit card details) are only stored on our mail server until we download them to our office computer system.

Amoena UK never pass your details on to anyone else. Cookies are only used on this shopping site to keep track of the contents of your shopping basket once you have selected an item.

Avoiding fraud: If you receive an email claiming to be from Amoena and asking you to confirm any account or credit card details via email, please ignore it and do not respond to it. If we have a query about your credit card information we will only contact you by telephone or post.

Payment methods
We accept payment via the internet by Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Delta and Switch. Your account will only be debited once your order has been processed and is ready for despatch.

Stock availability
Estimated delilvery dates will be shown on your order confirmation. If any of the items ordered are temporarily out of stock, we will hold them on back order for you and send them as soon as they are available. You can track the status of your order at any time by selecting the 'track orders' options from the 'my account' menu. You will also be sent an email to notify you once the goods have been despatched. No additional postage and packing will be charged for goods sent separately and your account will only be debited for these items once they are available for despatch.

VAT Zero Rating
We do not charge VAT on mastectomy products supplied to customers who have undergone breast surgery, if the items are for their own personal use. If you are eligible, please remember to tick the VAT Zero Rating box which you will see at the bottom of your order form on the check out page. If this box is not ticked, VAT will be charged on your order at the standard rate. You can also tick the VAT Zero Rating box shown on your ‘my account’ details to save you having to remember to do this for every order.
