If any of the items purchased are unsuitable, please return them to us, using our free returns service, within 14 days and in an as-new condition, for an exchange or refund. A returning goods form will be included with your order, together with a FREEPOST returns label.

We do not charge postage and packing for any goods ordered in exchange.
