What is my account?
When you register with us, we store your details in ‘my account’. From here, you can change your personal details (i.e. your address), check the status of your order, look up old orders and sign up for newsletters.
You will need to enter your email address and password to access the information in your account. Don’t worry if you forget your password, just click the ‘forgotten password’ button which you will see on the account sign-in page and we’ll send a reminder to you.
View/amend account details
To amend or update any of the details stored in your account, simply click on ‘my account’. Your stored details will be shown on screen and you can make any necessary amendments.
Change your email address
If you change your email address, you will need to ensure that you change this on your account, as this is the address that we will send information to, including newsletters and emails confirming your order and despatch. You can also change your password at any time.
Sign up for our newsletter (or opt out!)
Our regular newsletter is sent out to registered users every two months and will keep you up to date with the latest products and special offers from Amoena. We’ve limited it to once every two months, and we promise we won’t flood your in-box with emails, nor will we ever pass your details to other organisations. If you chose not to sign up for our newsletter at registration, you can sign up at any time by clicking the ‘sign up’ option from the ‘my account’ menu. You can also opt out from this screen if you prefer not to receive updates from us at any time.
View order history
Sometimes when choosing something new it’s useful to see what styles and sizes you’ve ordered previously. You can use your order history to see what you’ve bought online with us before, to help you make your selection. Please note that it won’t reflect any purchases you have made via our mail order service.
Track orders
You can track the status of your order by clicking the ‘track orders’ option from the main ‘my account’ menu. This will show you when your order was placed and when you can expect delivery.
