We aim to despatch all orders within 48 hours of receipt and all goods shown as 'in stock' should arrive within 5-7 days.  Estimated delivery dates for any items ordered that are out of stock will be shown on your order confirmation. You can also track the status of your orders at anytime from the ‘my account’ menu.

Unless requested otherwise, all orders are despatched by first class post. Orders to the value of £80 or more may be sent by first class recorded delivery.

If you require your order urgently, our express delivery service guarantees delivery by 5:30pm on the following day (excluding weekends), subject to stock availability. Orders must be placed before 12:30pm Monday-Friday.

Postal charges are as follows:

UK Mainland (including Channel Islands)

Standard Delivery - £2.95 per order
Express Delivery - £5.95 per order
Accessories Delivery - £1.50 per order (only applicable to orders from the accessories category)

Standard Delivery - £5.50

Only one postage and packing charge is applicable per order. If you are ordering a combination of items, only the higher charge applies. If any of the items ordered are temporarily out of stock, these will be sent to you separately as soon as they are available. No additional postage and packing will be charged.
